Clean, documented code built in short, reviewable increments on a staging site you can open at any time.
You receive Working builds on staging, updated regularly.

Testing
Functional, mobile, speed, accessibility and security checks across devices and browsers, plus your own acceptance review.
You receive A tested build signed off against the scope.

Launch
Controlled go-live with domain, hosting, SSL, SEO basics, analytics and data migration handled, then close monitoring.
You receive A live product, documentation and training.

Support
Updates, fixes, backups and improvements on an agreed plan, so the site or system keeps up with your business.
You receive A support plan with clear response times.

How long does a project take?
It depends on scope. We give a timeline at the end of Planning, not before we understand the work.
How involved do we need to be?
Most involved during Planning and Design, then for scheduled reviews and final testing.
What if requirements change?
Changes are discussed, estimated and agreed before they are built.
Is it faster with an MO- product?
Usually, yes. Starting from a working MO- system means Planning and Development focus on tailoring, not building from zero.
